Persona

I have always been interested in people and how they find their own way through life, leading me to study psychology and social work. After completing my degrees I worked as a counsellor in a few different organisations, providing individual and group counselling to people struggling with addictions, family violence, suicide, crisis, mental health, and social and occupational integration.

In 2011 I moved to Switzerland. The experience of being a foreigner, learning a new language and forging my own integration path was a very humbling experience for me. Through this experience, I came to learn just how important different systems are in our life, and what it takes to build new systems. And so my passion for Systemic Counselling was ignited.
